What needs to be done

  • Надавати якісну підтримку студентам і волонтерам через електронну пошту та чат, відповідаючи на їхні запити та питання;

  • Оновлювати інформацію про учасників на онлайн-платформі програми, забезпечуючи актуальність даних;

  • Пріоритизувати запити у службу підтримки, визначати їх важливість і передавати складні проблеми відповідним командам для вирішення;

  • Розробляти покрокові інструкції для учасників, допомагаючи вирішувати проблеми самостійно;

  • Проводити тестування та допомагати у вирішенні технічних питань, сприяючи безперебійному функціонуванню програми.

Requirements

  • Високий рівень володіння англійською мовою (від B2 і вище);

  • Виняткові навички письмового та усного спілкування;

  • 1+ рік досвід роботи від 1 року в сфері підтримки клієнтів;

  • Відчутні навички вирішення проблем;

  • Здатність ефективно працювати в стресових ситуаціях і добре управляти часом;

  • Знання Zendesk або подібних систем обробки запитів;

  • Досвід роботи або волонтерства в неприбуткових організаціях є плюсом.
