Ми шукаємо співробітника на посаду комірника в нашому благодійному фонді «Діти Героїв» у Києві. Ваше завдання буде приймати і розміщувати гуманітарну допомогу на складі, а також вести облік і упаковувати посилки. Ми прагнемо надати дітям, які втратили батьків, усе необхідне для щасливого майбутнього, і шукаємо відповідальних та уважних до деталей кандидатів, готових працювати в команді заради цієї важливої мети.
What needs to be done
Приймати гуманітарну допомогу на складі, забезпечуючи її безпечне зберігання; Розміщувати товари на полицях для зручного доступу та обліку; Брати участь в інвентаризації, відстежуючи наявність і рух товарів; Створювати й підтримувати порядок у документації, включно з первинними документами та реєстром документообігу; Вести облік наданої допомоги та збирати статистичні дані з поставок та відвантажень; Пакувати посилки згідно з вимогами, складаючи складальні листи в разі необхідності.
Requirements
Повний робочий день, з понеділка по п'ятницю з 9:00 до 18:00; Праця в Києві, район Святошино, біля метро Нивки, робота в офісі; Досвід роботи на складі; Навички роботи з комп'ютером; Відповідальність та вміння працювати в команді.
