Project Manager for charity projects

We are looking for a project manager to help us organize and run projects that provide aid to people in crisis. You'll be working with teams to plan events and ensure everything goes smoothly, making a real difference in people's lives. If you have experience managing projects, especially in challenging situations, and want to be part of something meaningful, we would love for you to join our team in Amsterdam.
Coordinating and managing various impactful projects;
Leading efforts such as Rolling Aid Events and donation drives with dedication and efficiency;
Onboarding, guiding, and engaging volunteers to ensure smooth participation and execution of activities;
Communicating effectively with location managers, donation partners, and external stakeholders to maintain seamless operations;
Experimenting with and implementing strategies to enhance project delivery and outcomes;
Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure objectives are met.
Hybrid work schedule with on-site availability in Amsterdam;
Minimum 32 hours per week;
At least 3 years of experience in project or event management, preferably in an NGO;
Proficiency in Dutch and English;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Ability to work in a fast-changing, multicultural environment;
Competitive salary of €2,500–€3,500 per month plus 8% holiday pay;
