Director of operations and finance
This role requires developing the annual budget, overseeing financial and operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic planning. The goal is to maintain the financial health and efficiency of the organization while ensuring that programs are delivered effectively to provide psychological support to Ukrainians.
Develop and manage the annual budget in conjunction with the Executive Director and Program Managers;
Oversee financial planning, reporting and analysis to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization;
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and legal requirements;
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for the Board of Directors, donors and other stakeholders;
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll and grant reporting;
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including program management, procurement, and administrative functions;
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
