HR Manager for staff development

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will help our employees grow and improve in their jobs by managing their performance and development. Your main tasks will include organizing new employee introductions, planning training, and supporting performance reviews. You will work closely with HR staff in various locations to ensure that everyone is following the same procedures and that our staff is well-prepared and happy in their roles. This position requires someone who is experienced in HR and willing to travel to other offices in Ukraine when needed.
Managing and improving the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed;
Developing and executing training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth;
Overseeing the performance management system, assisting with setting goals, and providing regular feedback;
Acting as a supervisor to HR officers by mentoring and supporting their professional development;
Coordinating the organization of documents between various offices to ensure efficient administrative processes;
Conducting regular field visits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Work on the position of HR Manager in Kiev, Ukraine;
Full-time position with a fixed term employment contract;
Possession of a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in human resource management;
Candidates should have skills in personnel administration, performance management or training and development;
Job duties include organizing employee onboarding, designing training and development programs, reporting and managing the Workday information system.
