Nurse supervisor

In this role as a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing nursing activities in rural health centers around Dnipro, Ukraine. Your main goal is to ensure that patients receive high-quality care by managing outpatient consultations, health awareness sessions, and providing support for chronic disease management and mental health services. You will also play a key part in training and mentoring healthcare staff, ensuring that health facilities are well-supplied, and working to improve community engagement with health services. Your efforts will help empower communities by providing vital health information and reducing the stigma around mental health.
Manage nurses in rural health posts and outreach services, ensuring high quality care;
Organize and supervise counseling, health awareness sessions, including chronic disease care and mental health support;
Support staff education programs by providing mentoring and support to nurses;
Ensure that health posts and mobile clinics are staffed with necessary medical supplies.
Full-time employment with a fixed-term labor contract;
Qualified nurse or midwife with at least five years of experience in primary health care;
Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages is desirable, knowledge of English will be an advantage;
Microsoft Office skills;
Experience in working with displaced persons and migrants is welcome.
