Volunteer video editor for social networks (TikTok, Instagram)
Nova Ukraine is looking for a volunteer to help edit video content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. You will work with others in the organization to receive and fine-tune videos, making sure they are engaging and fit the style of each platform. The goal is to effectively communicate with our audience, raise awareness, and support fundraising efforts for Ukraine. This volunteer role requires a few hours each week and involves attending online team meetings.
Gather and coordinate video content from various teams for framing in Instagram Reels and TikTok;
Edit and format videos to ensure they are engaging and in line with each platform's trends and features;
Ensure the quality and accuracy of video content by checking it meets brand standards and adjusting as needed;
Collaborate with the team to get feedback on videos and make corrections, taking into account suggestions and recommendations;
Customize and export finished videos in the right formats and resolutions for publishing to platforms;
Participate in regular team meetings to keep up to date with updates and requirements for new content.
1 to 3 years experience;
Ability to do creative video editing for Instagram Reels and TikTok platforms;
Good communication skills;
Participation in weekly online meetings on Wednesdays at 4:00pm PST is mandatory.
