Coordinate and manage all project activities for the distribution of cash and relief items, ensuring timely and effective implementation; Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of approved program activities in collaboration with the Project Coordinator and monitoring of allocated funds; Ensure that all standards of humanitarian accountability are met and resources allocated to target groups are properly utilized; Visit target communities regularly to gather feedback and perceptions to assist in the planning and implementation of appropriate community oriented programs; Prepare monthly management reports and reports for the region that conform to established standards and formats; Train employees and target communities by identifying and implementing the right training programs; Maintain relationships and coordinate with other organizations, local authorities and government agencies to ensure proper project targeting and resource allocation.
