Наразі команда хабу Reshim шукає помічника-рекрутера на волонтерських умовах задля активнішої допомоги гуманітарним проєктам.

What needs to be done

  1. Розробляти і вести плани набору волонтерів для проєктів з каталогу Reshim. і самого Reshim;

  2. Набирати волонтерів під завдання з урахуванням індивідуальних вимог і підходів кожного проєкту;

  3. Проводити волонтера до знайомства з проєктами, в які ви їх передаєте;

  4. Вирішувати питання, що виникають, і збирати зворотний зв'язок про взаємодію і від волонтерів, і від представників проєктів;

  5. Поповнювати базу джерел для рекрутингу.

  6. Взаємодіючи з медіаканалами, чатами та волонтерськими організаціями, ви просуватимете волонтерські можливості та створюватимете важливі партнерства.

    Підтримання міцних стосунків із проєктами в каталозі та партнерами буде ключовим для продовження підтримки та залучення.

  • Комунікація: Міцні письмові та усні навички спілкування.

  • Організація: Здатність керувати кількома потоками набору, координувати взаємодію волонтерів та представників проєктів.

  • Самостійність: Вміння працювати самостійно та вирішувати завдання на своєму рівні.

  • Співпраця: Командний гравець із гнучкими, чуйними навичками співпраці.

Доброго дня. З 2го дня я залучений до волонтерської справи. Маю досвід у таких проєктах - розбір завалів в Ірпені, Бучі, Гостомелі - плетіння маскувальних сіток - виготовлення кровоспасу(гемостатик) - гуманітарка одяг - гуманітарка їжа - свічки окопні - на початку війни писав європейським медіа, агенціям, відомствам про війну в Україні
