Мы стремимся изменить отношение общества к ментальному здоровью, для нас важно преодолеть стигму в отношении психического благополучия.

Сейчас мы ищем в нашу команду волонтера, специалиста – координатора клиент-сервиса в онлайн-проект психологической помощи на платформу психологической помощи HopeFlow

What needs to be done

  1. Принимать заявки от клиентов;

  2. Координировать связь между экспертами платформы и клиентами;

  3. Отвечать на вопросы, вести переписку с экспертами и клиентами;

  4. Давать разъяснения клиентам о правилах и условиях работы платформы;

  5. Помогать клиенту рекомендациями по выбору эксперта по заранее прописанному алгоритму.

Requirements

  • Умение вести деловую переписку;

  • Грамотная письменная речь;

  • Тактичное, терпеливое и бережное отношение к клиентам платформы и их запросам;

  • Желание внести свой вклад в развитие молодого фонда ментального здоровья и помочь тем, кто нуждается в поддержке.
