Volunteer Donor Relations Manager

In conjunction with the Executive Director, implement and assess the overall donor relations strategy that supports the short- and long-term fundraising goals;

Build & manage major donor relationships and communication;

Coordinate with the Head of Marketing to implement campaigns as they relate to individual giving (such as appeals) for all supporters and new supporters;

Develop prospect lists with board members and keep them informed about donations that come in through their networks;

Develop strategies to ensure donors are appreciated by way of events, communications, mailings, and other efforts;

Sending out year end letters to all donors to detail their annual support;

Send out Thank You Notes and create newsletter articles to communicate activity.
