Help shape Nova Ukraine’s online presence as our E-Commerce Manager! You’ll manage our merchandise shop, launch new products with designers, and ensure our supporters get the gear they love.

What needs to be done

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Nova Ukraine online merchandise shop, ensuring smooth integration with Printful and Square platforms.

  • Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop and launch new merchandise that resonates with our supporters and aligns with our brand.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring products are in-stock and updated regularly.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote merchandise through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.

Requirements

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Printful and Square.

  • Strong understanding of online retail and merchandising principles.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.
