Ищем волонтеров для помощи в Collaborations Crew!

What needs to be done

1) Поиск мероприятий:

  • Исследовать и составлять календарь предстоящих мероприятий в Ереване (ярмарки, фестивали, выставки, концерты, свопы и т.д.).;

  • Связываться с организаторами мероприятий через корпоративные мессенджеры для получения информации о возможностях участия.

    2) Участие в мероприятиях:

  • Подготовка и оформление готовых стендов, размещение презентационных материалов и информационных буклетов о фонде на площадках;

  • Активное взаимодействие с посетителями: представление фонда, ответы на вопросы.

    3) Работа с донат-боксами:

  • Организация установки донат-боксов в различных местах (магазины, кафе, учреждения);

  • Регулярная инкассация донат-боксов и ведение учета собранных средств;

  • Подготовка отчетов о собранных средствах и взаимодействие с местами установки донат-боксов для поддержки отношений.

    5) Документация:

  • Ведение документации по мероприятиям и собранным средствам;

  • Сбор отзывов и предложений для улучшения работы команды и организации мероприятий;

  • Подготовка отчетов о проделанной работе и достижениях для внутреннего и внешнего использования.

Requirements

  1. Необходимо физическое присутствие в Ереване;

  2. Занятость 6-8 часов в неделю;

  3. Опыт b2b продаж, маркетинга или пиара будет очень полезен.
