The field coordinator in Odesa, Ukraine, is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Odesa Field Office and its branches, ensuring programs run smoothly in the region. Manage daily operations of field offices in Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson oblasts;
Supervise field staff to ensure effective program execution;
Oversee support functions including supply chain, administration, IT, HR, and finance;
Ensure compliance with organizational goals and project plans;
Collaborate with the Deputy Director for Programs to monitor project adherence;
Develop and mentor senior staff to enhance leadership skills.
Travel regularly within the area of responsibility for operational oversight;
Participate in strategic planning and provide input to senior management.
Full-time position with a fixed-term contract;
