Громадська організація «Дівчата» шукає тренера для проведення сесій для психологів у різних громадах України. Основна мета роботи полягає в тому, щоб навчати фахівців методам терапії та підтримки, які допоможуть людям краще справлятися з викликами. Тренінги будуть проходити офлайн і спрямовані на підтримку психологів у Рівненській, Житомирській, та Полтавській областях.

What needs to be done

  • Проводити тренінгові сесії для учасників, забезпечуючи зрозуміле викладення інформації;

  • Розробляти та адаптувати навчальні матеріали під конкретні групи слухачів;

  • Підтримувати відкриту й безпечну атмосферу, що сприяє участі та обміну думками;

Requirements
Позиція тренера в NGO «Дівчата» передбачає часткову зайнятість; Можливість проводити тренінги офлайн у Житомирській, Полтавській та Рівненській областях; Графік включає два 3-денні тренінги. Основні вимоги: - Вища психологічна освіта. - Досвід проведення тренінгових сесій від 2 років. - Знання методик навчання дорослих.
