Громадська організація "Вільний вибір" шукає постачальників послуг для роботи гарячої лінії, яка забезпечуватиме психологічну підтримку людям, постраждалим від війни в Україні. Гаряча лінія працюватиме щодня, і фахівці надаватимуть допомогу тим, хто цього потребує, зокрема сім'ям військових. Мета полягає в стабілізації емоційного стану клієнтів і направленні їх на подальшу допомогу для забезпечення тривалої підтримки.

What needs to be done

  • Проводити регулярні кризові психологічні консультації для клієнтів;

  • Встановлювати контакт і виявляти потреби клієнтів, які звернулися на гарячу лінію;

  • Оцінювати емоційний стан і надавати необхідну кризову підтримку;

  • Вести облік усіх звернень для забезпечення послідовності та наступності обслуговування;

  • Пропонувати подальшу допомогу, включно з онлайн-сеансами або індивідуальними консультаціями;

  • Дотримуватися спеціальних протоколів в екстрених ситуаціях, як-от суїцидальні ризики або випадки насильства.

Requirements

  • Графік роботи – з 10:00 до 20:00 щодня;

  • Місце роботи – дистанційно;

  • Вища психологічна освіта, наявність відповідних сертифікатів;

  • Підтверджений досвід роботи на гарячій лінії.
