Основне завдання - проаналізувати поточні напрацювання та розробити пропозиції для поліпшення державної політики щодо ветеранів та їхніх сімей. Кандидат має вміти аналізувати інформацію та пропонувати рішення на основі зібраних даних.
What needs to be done

  • Проаналізувати поточні обробки за проєктом державної політики для ветеранів та їхніх родин;

  • Виявити основні виклики та потреби ветеранів у кадровій політиці через кабінетні дослідження та експертні інтерв'ю;

  • Сформулювати аналітичну записку на основі проведеного аналізу;

  • Розробити рекомендації для покращення політики з урахуванням виявлених потреб;

  • Співпрацювати з командою проєкту для досягнення спільних цілей;

  • Систематизувати та структурувати зібрану інформацію для подальшого використання;
