Seeking Program Manager

We are looking for someone to lead and manage a program focused on strengthening the economic resilience in Kyiv or Dnipro. The main goal is to guide a team in implementing strategies that support small businesses and agricultural projects, encouraging self-employment and conducting research activities. The successful candidate will ensure the program stays on target, supervise budgets, and work collaboratively with partners while maintaining a strong communication network with stakeholders.
As an Economic Resilience Program Manager, your main responsibilities will include several essential duties. Develop and manage the strategic direction of ERP operations to align with project targets;
Provide leadership and build a cohesive team among ERP staff;
Gain a deep understanding of the local context by engaging in various program activities such as SME and agriculture support, self-employment, and research;
Ensure all staff adhere to their job descriptions and that these contribute to the program's development;
Oversee and evaluate partner organizations’ work, including financial monitoring of their reports;
Manage the program budget efficiently;
Prepare regular progress reports showcasing ERP’s achievements;
Use program resources effectively and maintain key stakeholder relationships;
Coordinate ERP’s monitoring and data management systems to ensure accuracy;
Develop program implementation tools and maintain good relations with Mercy Corps and other organizations;
Collaborate with UN agencies, INGOs, and national NGOs as necessary;
Follow all Mercy Corps policies and procedures;
Perform additional tasks as required.
Working on the position of Economic Sustainability Program Manager in Kiev or Dnipro;
Full-time;
Experience in project and budget management, leadership and strategic planning skills;
Knowledge of English.
