Senior Psychological Support Specialist (Odessa)

As a Senior MHPSS Officer in Odesa, you will lead a team to ensure mental health and psychosocial support services are effectively delivered to the community. Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating programs with local communities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You'll also handle data reporting, assist with medical supplies, and represent the organization in local meetings, all to support the well-being of those in need.
Lead and manage MHPSS staff, ensuring that all activities are effectively implemented in accordance with IRC health plans and strategy;
Develop and coordinate MHPSS team schedules with communities and authorities to ensure availability and timeliness of services;
Conduct MHPSS needs assessments with the team and develop potential solutions for different locations;
Conduct regular field visits and follow up on MHPSS activities to ensure standards and protocols are being followed;
Ensure MHPSS data is captured and recorded in a timely manner for future reporting;
Assist pharmacist in ordering and managing medical supplies and equipment;
Represent IRC at local meetings and coordinate with other teams within the organization;
Conduct orientation for new employees and facilitate their integration into the team.
Work from Monday to Friday, full-time, with the possibility of business trips to nearby regions;
The office is located in Odessa, Ukraine;
A higher education degree in clinical or counseling psychology is required;
At least two years of experience;
