Благодійний фонд «Схід SOS» шукає менеджера мобільної бригади в Харкові. Основне завдання - організовувати та здійснювати поїздки містом та областю для надання психологічної та юридичної допомоги людям. Робота охоплює координацію команди, проведення консультацій і налагодження зв'язків із місцевими організаціями та владою.
What needs to be done

  • Планувати, організувати та проводити виїзди мобільної бригади до різних спільнот області для надання психосоціальної та юридичної допомоги;

  • Організовувати та проводити індивідуальні та групові консультації, а також групові заходи відповідно до встановлених показників;

  • Координувати роботу команди та розподіляти навантаження між учасниками бригади, підтримуючи ефективну комунікацію з усіма учасниками проєкту;

  • Організовувати робочі зустрічі з командою на початку і наприкінці тижня для планування й аналізу результатів;

  • Проводити консультації з командою на початку тижня і наприкінці тижня;
