What needs to be done

  • Шукати та залучати нових партнерів з державних установ, бізнесу, громадських організацій та медіа;

  • Укладати домовленості та контракти про співпрацю;

  • Організовувати спільні заходи та події разом із партнерами;

  • Відвідувати зовнішні заходи та зустрічі для налагодження нових контактів;

  • Збирати відгуки партнерів і працювати над покращенням співпраці;

  • Допомагати в розробці стратегій залучення партнерів та підтримки відносин з наявними;

  • Звітувати про виконану роботу команде або керівництву.

Requirements

  • Досвід або щире зацікавлення у сфері фандрейзингу та грантового менеджменту;

  • Здатність самостійно знаходити та готувати 2–3 грантові заявки щомісяця;

  • Навички комунікації з донорами (переписка, звітність, обробка запитів);

  • Розуміння основ фінансового моніторингу та звітності за грантовими проєктами;

  • Самоорганізованість, відповідальність і вміння працювати автономно;

  • Готовність приділяти 4–6 годин на тиждень;

  • Стабільне інтернет-з’єднання для віддаленої роботи.
