What needs to be done

  • Зустрічати гостей і клієнтів, створюючи атмосферу дружелюбності та комфорту, знайомити їх із простором і правилами роботи.

  • Ознайомлювати відвідувачів із послугами та можливостями Veteran Hub.

  • Стежити за дотриманням правил перебування в хабі.

  • Визначати запити клієнтів і направляти їх до потрібних фахівців.

  • Допомагати готувати простір для проведення заходів.

  • Фіксувати та обробляти відгуки від клієнтів.

  • Керувати графіками бронювання просторів.

  • Разом із командою дбати про чистоту та затишок хабу.

Requirements

  • Комунікабельність і доброзичливість у спілкуванні.

  • Розвинені організаційні навички.

  • Уважність до деталей та вміння швидко реагувати на запити.

  • Готовність працювати 3–4 дні на тиждень у змінах (11:00–19:00 або 13:00–21:00).

  • Бажання працювати у сфері підтримки ветеранів.

  • Вітається досвід роботи з ветеранською спільнотою.

  • Бажаним є відмінний рівень володіння англійською мовою.
