Psychological counselor

Join our team of volunteers to help Ukrainians facing tough times like stress, loneliness, and family challenges. You’ll get to pick flexible 2-hour chat shifts and gain hands-on experience in digital crisis support, all while being part of an awesome, supportive community.
Provide psychological support to Ukrainians dealing with issues related to war, fear, loneliness, depressive symptoms, as well as work and family problems.
Participate in chat shifts, each lasting 2 hours, with the flexibility to choose your own time throughout the day.
Minimum commitment of 2-4 hours per month.
Completed bachelor's degree in psychology or current bachelor’s student with additional qualifications or intensive counseling experience.
Psychotherapists in training or fully qualified according to recognized psychotherapy guidelines.
All counselors must work using a PC. Our consultation is exclusively digital, requiring basic computer skills. Mobile device usage (tablet or phone) is not permitted.
Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian (written) at C2 level, and understanding of English at B1 level.
Personal contact is important – all applicants will first have an introductory video call.
