What needs to be done

  • Планирование, координация и управление проектами фонда, связанными с развитием и продвижением ментального здоровья

  • Определение целей и задач проектов, составление планов работ и распределение ресурсов

  • Управление командами волонтеров, обеспечение их эффективной работы и достижения поставленных целей

  • Связь с партнерами, спонсорами и другими заинтересованными сторонами для обеспечения успешной реализации проектов

  • Мониторинг и оценка выполнения проектов, анализ результатов и предоставление отчетности

Requirements

  • Опыт работы в области проектного менеджмента, предпочтительно в некоммерческой сфере

  • Понимание основных принципов и методик проектного управления

  • Умение разрабатывать планы проектов, определять и управлять ресурсами

  • Навыки управления командой и эффективной делегирования задач

  • Коммуникативные навыки и умение вести переговоры с партнерами и спонсорами

  • Аналитические навыки для оценки результатов проектов и подготовки отчетности

  • Гибкость, способность адаптироваться к изменениям и работать в динамичной среде

  • Желание внести свой вклад в развитие молодого фонда ментального здоровья и помочь тем, кто нуждается в поддержке

  • Владение английским и русским языком не менее B2. Украинский опционально.

Доброго дня! Занималась проектным менеджерством в основном в социальных и волонтёрских проектах, имею навыки аналитики данных, большой опыт работы с различными командами и хорошо подкована в психологической сфере. Одним из реализованных проектов был проект по менторской программе в университете, в рамках которой мы в основном работали над снижением суицидальных рисков и развитием здоровой рабочей и учебной атмосфере в студенческом обществе, учили со специалистами ребят справляться со сложными ситуациями.
