Наша миссия - содействовать психологическому благополучию, предоставлять доступ к качественным ресурсам и поддержке для всех тех, кто нуждается в помощи. Мы стремимся изменить отношение общества к ментальному здоровью, для нас важно преодолеть стигму в отношении психического благополучия.

Сейчас мы ищем в нашу команду волонтера, специалиста по маркетингу и социальным сетям. 

What needs to be done

  1. Разрабатывать и реализовывать маркетинговую стратегию фонда, включая краудфандинговые кампании, акции и мероприятия;

  2. Создать и поддерживать присутствия фонда в социальных медиа (СММ) и управление онлайн-профилями, включая публикацию контента, взаимодействие с сообществом и рост подписчиков;

  3. Развивать и управлять командой волонтеров для реализации маркетинговых и СММ стратегий;

  4. Проводить анализ эффективности маркетинговых кампаний и СММ активностей с целью оптимизации и улучшения результатов;

  5. Делать исследование и анализ трендов в области маркетинга, социальных медиа и краудфандинга, а также применение новых инструментов и подходов для достижения целей фонда.

Requirements

  • Опыт работы в области маркетинга, социальных медиа или краудфандинга (желательно в некоммерческой сфере);

  • Глубокое понимание механизмов и инструментов маркетинга, включая цифровые каналы и социальные медиа;

  • Умение разрабатывать и реализовывать маркетинговые стратегии с учетом целевой аудитории и бюджетных ограничений;

  • Навыки управления проектами и командой, с умением эффективно делегировать задачи и обеспечивать их выполнение в срок;

  • Аналитические навыки и умение измерять результаты маркетинговых и СММ кампаний, а также предлагать улучшения и оптимизацию;

  • Креативность, энергичность и умение работать в динамичной командной среде;

  • Желание внести свой вклад в развитие молодого фонда ментального здоровья и помочь тем, кто нуждается в поддержке;

  • Знание английского, русского языка не ниже B2 (украинский опционально).
