Мы стремимся изменить отношение общества к ментальному здоровью, для нас важно преодолеть стигму в отношении психического благополучия.

Сейчас мы ищем в нашу команду волонтера, специалиста по социальным медиа. 

What needs to be done

  1. Создавать и поддерживать присутствия фонда в социальных медиа (СММ), включая планирование и размещение контента на различных платформах (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter и т. д.);

  2. Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегии СММ, включая привлечение целевой аудитории, увеличение вовлеченности и рост подписчиков;

  3. Регулярно взаимодействовать с сообществом через комментарии, сообщения и обратную связь;

  4. Мониторинг и анализ эффективности СММ активностей с целью оптимизации и улучшения результатов;

  5. Исследование и анализ трендов в области социальных медиа и применение новых инструментов и подходов для достижения целей фонда.

Requirements

  • Опыт работы в области социальных медиа, предпочтительно с фокусом на некоммерческие организации или социальные инициативы;

  • Глубокое понимание популярных социальных медиа платформ и их алгоритмов;

  • Умение разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегии СММ, учитывая специфику целевой аудитории;

  • Навыки создания привлекательного и релевантного контента для социальных медиа платформ;

  • Аналитические навыки и умение измерять результаты СММ активностей, а также предлагать улучшения и оптимизацию;

  • Креативность, энергичность и умение работать в динамичной командной среде;

  • Желание внести свой вклад в развитие молодого фонда ментального здоровья и помочь тем, кто нуждается в поддержке;

  • Знание английского и русского языка уровнем не менее B2 (украинский опционально).
