В Reshim.org мы стремимся создать положительное воздействие, соединяя волонтеров с важными проектами. Мы верим в потенциал инициатив, созданных сообществом, и нацелены поддерживать гуманитарные и антивоенные проекты.

  • Мы ищем опытного профессионала по DevOps, так как движемся в сторону обслуживания более 1,000,000 пользователей ежедневно. Платформа Reshim.org находится в продакшн, и у нас есть планы создать две дополнительные инфраструктуры для наших проектов.

What needs to be done

  • Проектирование инфраструктуры для Reshim.org, внесение улучшений или полный пересмотр.

  • Создание инфраструктуры для проекта в виде форума и службы аутентификации.

  • Исследование дополнительных потенциальных направлений в области инфраструктуры.

Requirements

  • Опытный DevOps. Оцениваем с акцентом на количество и сложность проектов, а не продолжительность. Чем разнообразнее и сложнее проекты, тем лучше.

  • Наличие опыта в работе над high-load проектами — обязательно.

  • Свободное владение русским (обязательно), английским/украинским (будет плюсом).

С чем работаем:

  • Сборка проекта в Github Actions.

  • Ansible в качестве системы управления конфигурацией.

  • Terraform для управления серверами.

  • Nomad для оркестровки контейнеров.

  • Сервера на Digital Ocean.

  • Архитектура сервиса: Монолит.

Что мы предлагаем:

  • Команда: Работа в небольшой команде, вместе с двумя фулстек-разработчиками.

  • Часы работы: Предпочтительно, CET 10-18, ±2 часа.

  • Местоположение: Удаленная работа на 100%.

  • Зарплата: По результатам собеседования

7 лет занимаюсь devops (Unix, BaaS, IaaS, PaaS, gitlab, ansible, terraform). Выстраиваю инфраструктуру как код. 2 года опыт программирования (python, php, js). Опыт в high load live entertainment (более 1000 серверов и 7000 VM) Проработка и выстраивание архитектуры под нагрузку Могу уделять до 4 часов в день.

Добрый день! Меня зовут Виктор. Сам я системный администратор, который пытается перейти в devops. Я не подхожу на вашу должность, так как мало опыта. Но хотел развиваться и иметь рабочие проекты в своем багаже знаний. Рассматриваете ли вы взять меня в стажировку (на 3 месяца фул таим)?
