Warehouse Operations Lead

We are looking for a person to manage warehouse operations in our organization that assists people in crisis situations. Your main task will be to organize and supervise warehouse operations to deliver humanitarian aid faster and more efficiently. The job involves coordinating stock and managing a team, including volunteers, to ensure the entire system runs smoothly and productively.
Manage all warehouse operations and ensure efficiency;
Develop and implement processes for handling incoming donations, inventory levels, and shipments;
Plan and organize daily workflows, including task allocation for emergency aid to ensure crisis readiness;
Coordinate volunteer activities, including sorting, counting, and packing goods, while keeping them engaged and motivated;
Analyze warehouse data to identify bottlenecks and improve processes for overall efficiency;
Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and effectiveness while ensuring a safe work environment;
Maintain timely and open communication with the warehouse team, other departments, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Dutch and English;
Valid driver's license;
At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics;
Competitive salary of €3,300–€4,500 per month;
