Некомерційна організація «Елеос-Україна» шукає досвідченого тренера для проведення онлайн-тренінгу з управління випадками з внутрішньо переміщеними особами. Основне завдання полягає в тому, щоб навчити фахівців зі сфери соціальної роботи ефективних методів підтримки та роботи з різними категоріями населення. Тренінг пройде у квітні-травні 2025 року і допоможе учасникам розробити покрокові плани роботи та покращити свої навички взаємодії з державними та недержавними надавачами послуг.
What needs to be done
Планувати та проводити онлайн-тренінги для фахівців із соціальної роботи та кейс-менеджерів організації «Елеос-Україна»; Розробляти навчальні матеріали та методичні посібники, пов’язані з кейс-менеджментом внутрішньо переміщених осіб; Ділитися досвідом і знаннями щодо ефективних технік роботи з уразливими групами населення; Допомагати учасникам тренінгу визначати фактори ризику та розробляти комплексні підходи для задоволення потреб клієнтів; Тренувати навички складання покрокових планів роботи та ефективного перенаправлення клієнтів до відповідних соціальних служб; Оцінювати прогрес учасників тренінгу та надавати зворотний зв’язок для підвищення їхніх професійних навичок; Підтримувати контакт із фахівцями організації та надавати консультаційну підтримку з питань кейс-менеджменту.

Необхідно мати щонайменше 5 років досвіду у сфері соціальної роботи та кейс-менеджменту; Розуміння особливостей роботи з уразливими групами населення; Освіта у дотичних галузях.
